Return and Refund Policy
Gama Parts
At Gama Parts, accuracy and transparency are a priority. Because automotive parts are often vehicle-specific, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our supply chain.
Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
The part was not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchendize Authorization (RMA).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable once opened or installed, due to manufacturer and supplier restrictions:
Electrical components (including but not limited to sensors, ignition coils, modules, switches)
Engine management components
Items that show signs of installation, wear, or use
Special-order or custom-sourced parts
Clearance or final sale items
These restrictions are in place to prevent part swapping and ensure product integrity.
Fitment Responsibility
For products that require VIN or fitment verification, customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.
Orders shipped after customer confirmation of fitment are not eligible for return due to fitment issues
Returns requested due to incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer may be denied
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before ordering if fitment is uncertain.
Return Process
Contact support@gamaparts.com with:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
Our team will review the request
If approved, a Return Merchedize Authorization (RMA) will be issued
Items returned without an RMA may be refused
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection
If an item is returned damaged, used, or incomplete, the refund may be partially issued or denied.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging
Do not install the part
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
To protect our customers and partners, Gama Parts reserves the right to:
Inspect all returned items
Record serial numbers, date codes, and manufacturer markings
Refuse returns that show signs of part swapping or misuse
Accounts with repeated return abuse may be restricted.
